Overview
Vdral Wi̽t Vrët was founded durring the early 14th century in fall of the year 1338, by Gina Vanzadur. The establishment of Vdral Wi̽t Vrët was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Vdral Wi̽t Vrët's construction back out of the project. Gina Vanzadur pushed on reguardles, and Vdral Wi̽t Vrët was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Vdral Wi̽t Vrët was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Vdral Wi̽t Vrët is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Vdral Wi̽t Vrët is is constructed arround a semi-circular narrow packed earth mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks, spikes, and fences to provide some protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The town's minimaly adiquite have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.
Vdral Wi̽t Vrët has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Vdral Wi̽t Vrët’s streets.

Vdral Wi̽t Vrët has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Vdral Wi̽t Vrët.

Vdral Wi̽t Vrët has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Vdral Wi̽t Vrët has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Vdral Wi̽t Vrët's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Vdral Wi̽t Vrët possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Vdral Wi̽t Vrët has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.

Cultural Notes
Vdral Wi̽t Vrët's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its buildings being predominantly formed through the combination of basic geometric shapes. However, it shown in the detailing given to the structures such as its characteristic tall columns, intricate detail, symmetry, harmony, and balance in their designs to an astonishing degree of precision. Decorative elements for the buildings tended to be built into the structure itself, making great use of fluting, frescoes, inlays, and embossing.
